The Beads You Can't Have, Part #2
Just pics tonight... it's late. These are my "sample beads" - basically, the best examples of the beads I teach at my workshops. I'm hanging on to them. At least for now.
Swirly Streaky Sparkly Beads

I am still waiting for someone to help me come up with a better name for these.
'Flower Child' Beads

Wig-Wag Beads

Organic Beads With Raku

Silver Secrets

Silver Beaches

'Faux Retticello' Bead

Inspired by a marble-making technique, this version of this bead style contains only black and clear glass, with silver foil - no colored glass was used.
(Hey, I've got witnesses.)
And there you have it... those are MY beads.
By the way, there are some pretty cool beads you CAN have, all new, now up for auction on eBay.
See ya soon.

OOOO those raku beads just love them all

How about "Northern Lights" (also known as Aurea Borealis)

Just a slight correction on the Northern Lights suggestion - which is a great one! - it's otherwise known as Aurora (not "aurea") Borealis. Interestingly, though, Jolanda's word "aurea" is close to "aureate" which is from Latin "aureus" which means golden. (And there's your language lesson for the day

Hi Sarah,
Lovely beads again!
About a new name for the Swirly Streaky Sparkly Beads...
what about Carnival in Venice..? They made e think about the nice sparkly colours you see over there in the masks and costumes.

Swirly Streaky Sparkly Beads name maybe... Carnivale Beads? Cause they look like they're full of streamers and are ready for a celebration? hehehe
