My First Class in Holland (or anywhere, for that matter)
People here are joking about how anything that happens to me always appears on my blog five minutes later. So, I am just trying to meet expectations. 
My first class was today! I am happy and relieved to say, I had a really good time - and I think my students did too. They were a really fun group, and it was nice putting faces on some names. You want to see pictures, right? Right?

Tomorrow I have the day off, so I'm going to wander the streets of The Hague. I've never been there before - I love big cities, so I'm really looking forward to it. Then I have workshops on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and on Sunday we're off to Belgium.
So, if I have interesting stories and/or photos from The Hague, I'll see you tomorrow. G'night!

It also was a real pleasure to meet you in person. You're a very nice and friendly person, as was to be expected from reading this blog and I really admire your stringercontrol and your knowledge of lampworking.
I truly wished I would have been able to take all three workshops, because I also would have loved to be able to learn some more of the other techniques from you as well.
